HEALING HYDROCEPHALUS: A SUPPORT GROUP FOR PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES AT CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL OF MICHIGAN
The Harris laboratory is part of an effort with Janay Harris to provide support to patients and their families. In part, this involves a push for quarterly seminars and discussions with Children's Hospital of Michigan Neurosurgeons.
Seminar Series at Children's Hospital of Michigan
Our seminars will occur quarterly: our next date TBD and announced at the HA Walk. We will spend about 45 minutes discussing how and why shunts fail. The seminar will be followed by built in time to ask questions of Dr. Harris and Dr. Ham, and time for a meet and greet of other patients and families. This time is meant to be a way for patients and families to share their experiences with one another.
Location: Children's Hospital of Michigan, Carls Building, Room 2101 (large conference room adjacent to the neurousurgery clinic). Please check back here for any updates prior to attendance. We look forward to seeing you!
